This webinar, to be held on 12 October from 9 – 10am, will discuss how health and wellbeing boards can address the issue of loneliness and isolation in older age using their Joint Strategic Needs Assessment and Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
Speakers include:
- Paul Cann, Chief Executive of Age UK Oxfordshire, who will present on the latest research on loneliness, health and wellbeing;
- The Campaign to End Loneliness team, who will explain the recently launched Loneliness and Isolation: a toolkit for health and wellbeing boards

The webinar will also include examples of councils across England who have already decided to tackle the issue of loneliness in older age and are in the process of including it in the JSNA and/or JHWS.
